About Us
The Waves Bar, Cafe, B&B is a friendly family run business in a purpose build Bed and Breakfast Hotel, each room having its own entrance door from the private driveway or rear patio for complete privacy.
The Dinning area in the bar is open to guests of the B&B for breakfast from 8am
The Cafe and Bar are open to the public from 9am and serving food until 3pm
Due to the winter weather we are staying open in the evenings until 6pm, however if we have people in for drinks, we will play it by ear.
Fridays we are open 9am to 9pm, Serving food up to 3pm
During your stay, be it for 1 night or more, Guests can have a full English breakfast which can be enjoyed in the bar and dinning area, the front or rear garden area with sea views.
All rooms have free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee making facilitys together with your own en-suite shower room.
Situated on the sea front of the Blue Flag awarded beach known as Minnis Bay in Birchington, Kent. you can enjoy long walks, cycle rides or running,
Why not bring your dog for only £5 per night per dog, Maximum of 2 dogs per room unless agreed prior.
we are completely dog friendly as are the beachs and the viking trail walks.
